Before diving into the entrepreneurial world, I cut my teeth as a business consultant at Accenture. There, I worked with industry giants like Nordstrom, Bridgestone Firestone, and Land’s End. During this period, I also innovated in the tech space, securing patents for novel device-based reputation systems.

 

The iovation Era

 

One of my notable entrepreneurial feats was the creation and subsequent merger of Pierson with TransUnion in 2018. This period was marked by the loyalty and dedication of our team, with a noteworthy 20% staying with the company for over five years. The cycle of employees leaving to explore new paths and then returning was a testament to the strong community we built.

 

Elevating Racing Dreams

 

Concurrently with my business endeavors, I've invested considerable time in backing my son's ambitions in the racing world. Accompanying him to various international racing events has been an incredibly fulfilling journey.

 

Josh's Racing Trajectory

 

2022 was a pivotal year for my son, Josh, as he joined United Autosports for the World Endurance Championship and competed in the prestigious 24 Hours of Le Mans. His racing career has taken him to venues across the US, UAE, Belgium, France, Italy, Japan, and Bahrain.

 

In 2023, he sustained his momentum with United Autosports in the World Endurance Championship, teamed up with TDS Motorsports for the IMSA series, and participated in IndyNXT races with HMD Motorsports. Observing his development into a formidable racer has been exceptionally gratifying.

 

Exploring New Business Horizons

 

Since moving on from his role in iovation, Greg Pierson Iovation has been deeply involved in nurturing startups and guiding budding business leaders. Constantly on the lookout for novel and stimulating projects, he is considering various avenues, including spearheading a new enterprise or guiding an existing firm.
